Review Of Casual Trading Bye-laws 2003
Section 6, Casual Trading Act, 1995.
Kilkenny Borough Council is now commencing public consultation prior to preparing Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws as part of the review of Kilkenny Borough Council Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2003.
The review will address issues such as:
- Allow for once off licences for certain festivals and events.
- Stall sizes.
- Non use of permits, transfer of licences
- Revised fee structure.
- Any other issues
Members of the public are hereby invited to make written submissions to the undersigned at the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, on or before Friday, 27th January, 2012.
